How to choose a multivitamin
One bottle, a label you can read, and no second multi hiding in the cupboard.
Choose a multivitamin by reading the panel, not the banner. You want a list of vitamins and minerals, a serving size, and a dose you can live with. Men’s Ultra is the broad daily tablet we sell for men. If you already take a multi from somewhere else, do not add this one on top.
Check for overlap with single minerals. A separate Zinc bottle plus a multi that already contains zinc can be more zinc than you meant. The same is true of magnesium if you also take Magnesium Essentials. Write down what you already take before you order.
Ignore claims that a multi treats disease, balances hormones, or replaces food. It does not. If you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or on prescription medicine, ask a clinician which formula fits. Prices here are in US dollars, and the pack that arrives is the one to follow.
