The shop is Wellness by Leticia. Orders are packed in the United States and carried by DHL Express or FedEx. Questions about your details go to hello@wellnessbyleticia.com or WhatsApp +256 783 246991.

If you create an account we keep the name you give us, your email address, and a hash of your password. We do not store the password itself.

The account also holds saved delivery addresses, the orders placed with that email, and favourites. Favourites you save in the browser are merged into the account when you sign in. A sign-in cookie keeps the session open until you sign out or it expires.

Account email, such as a verification note, a password reset, or a one-time sign-in link, is sent so you can use the account. That mail is part of the account, not the marketing list.

You can sign in with Google instead of a password. If you do, Google gives us the name, email address, and account identifier you approve on Google’s screen. We use those only to open your account or to match an account that already uses that email.

We never receive your Google password. We do not use Google account data for advertising, and we do not sell it. Google’s own privacy policy covers what Google collects during that sign-in. You can stop using Google sign-in by signing in with email instead, and you can ask us to delete the account.

Checkout needs the name, email, phone number, and delivery address on the order, plus the products and the shipping service you choose. We keep that with the order so it can be packed, handed to the carrier, and supported if you write to us.

DHL Express and FedEx receive the delivery details they need to carry the parcel and return a tracking number. Addresses in Uganda may instead choose local delivery or pickup in Kampala. Those choices are described on the shipping page.

Stripe is the usual way to pay. Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are entered on Stripe’s page, not into this shop. We receive a payment status, the amount, the currency, and a reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Pesapal is offered when you are in, or the parcel is going to, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, or Rwanda. Mobile Money details are entered on Pesapal. Pesapal can charge Ugandan, Kenyan, or Tanzanian shillings, or US dollars. If your display currency is not one of those, including Rwandan francs, checkout charges US dollars and says so. We store the Pesapal status and reference, not a PIN.

A review stores the star rating, the words you write, the product, and the name on your account when you are signed in. The rating and the text are shown on that product page. We do not add ratings of our own. You can ask us to remove a review you wrote.

The Leticia Circle is optional. If you join, we keep the email address you type, and a phone number only when you tick the box to receive notes on WhatsApp. CIRCLE10 is the offer for that list. It is separate from the first-order code on an account.

We use the list to send shop news and that offer. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to hello@wellnessbyleticia.com. Stopping marketing mail does not stop mail about an order you have already placed.

A currency cookie remembers the prices you are looking at. A country cookie remembers the region used to offer Pesapal. The cart, favourites, and recently viewed products stay in this browser until you clear them or they are saved to an account. These are used to run the shop, not to build an advertising profile.

We share details only with the services that perform the job: Google for sign-in you start, Stripe or Pesapal for the payment you choose, DHL Express or FedEx for the shipment you choose, and the email service that sends account mail and Circle notes. We do not sell personal information.

Order records are kept for as long as we need them to ship, refund, answer a question, and meet tax and accounting duties. An account stays until you ask us to delete it. We may keep a record of a completed sale after the account is closed. Circle details are deleted when you leave the list, apart from a note that you asked us to stop.

Write to hello@wellnessbyleticia.com to see, correct, or delete the details we hold, or to close an account. You can sign out, clear the shop cookies in your browser, and leave the Circle. If you signed in with Google, you can also remove the shop’s access from your Google account.

The shop does not sell a children’s range and is not directed at children under 13. Please do not create an account or place an order for a child.

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. The terms of sale explain the purchase itself.
