Description
The nine essential amino acids in a light training drink. A serve provides 4 000 mg of BCAAs, 820 mg of further essential amino acids, and 1 300 mg of L-glutamine, with electrolytes and coconut water powder for the session. The 330 g tub comes in Mystery, Nectarine, Pineapple, White Pearl Straw, and Blueberry Rascal.

- Essential amino acids820 mg of the remaining essential amino acids per scoop, alongside the BCAAs.
- L-glutamine1 300 mg per scoop.
- Electrolytes and coconut water powderIncluded for fluid balance during training.
Dosage
Mix 1 scoop (11 g) with 300–400 ml of water, leave it for 30 seconds, then sip it before and during training. A second serve can follow a hard session. A double serve, 2 scoops in 600–800 ml of water, is for once you know the drink suits you.
