Description
A creatine drink mix for strength and endurance sessions. NiTROCOR, USN’s creatine amino ester stack, is paired with taurine, L-glutamine, creatine monohydrate, creatine ethyl ester, and fast carbohydrates to help move creatine into the muscle. Grape, tiger’s blood, and orange are the flavours. The tub is 650 g.

Dosage
Mix 2 scoops (43 g) with 300–350 ml of cold water. For a loading phase, take 4 servings a day for 5 days, then 1–2 servings a day. On training days, one serving before and one after works well. Drink plenty of water through the day. Creatine’s useful effect needs at least 3 g a day.
